Reflections Recovery Center Philosophy

rrc-imageReflections Recovery Center provides a distinctive approach to treating men (18 and over) with a history of substance abuse and chronic relapse. Too many times we’ve heard someone say, “I was able to get sober, but I could not stay sober.”

People in early recovery from substance abuse often become overwhelmed with day-to-day life situations. Responsibilities such as holding a job, attending school, rebuilding family relationships, managing personal health, budgets and home maintenance can be difficult to balance with the effort required to stay sober.

Our Open Community Model is highly effective because it allows our clients the chance to Live Sober, supported by a nationally accredited treatment team, a practical residential and life skills program and an introduction into 12 Step recovery.

Reflections Recovery Center is nationally accredited by The Joint Commission, which designates us as a health care facility committed to the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care. We are a licensed, long-term men’s treatment facility. We accept most insurance plans and offer a reasonable self-pay rate.

Meet the Staff

Adam Bartholomew

Chief Executive Officer

Adam has a passion for the 12 Steps combined with the tools necessary to see and process core beliefs and behaviors in a therapeutic setting. Having been in recovery for almost 10 years, Adam has walked hand in hand with men seeking the same results. Adam strongly believes that the structure, quality of care, individualized treatment planning, and a willingness to take suggestions and follow directions will lead to success in early recovery. Adam believes that a great number of men have the ability to recover from drug addiction and/or alcoholism if the critical steps are taken to find a life worth living. Adam is a resident of Prescott, Arizona and shares the care of his daughter along with being a strong member of the community of Prescott.

Andrew Weiner, BS

Program Director

Andrew is a proud graduate of the Reflections Recovery Center treatment program and has worked in the treatment field since his graduation. His professional treatment experience extends to the roles of house-manager, outreach coordinator, office administrator, compliance officer and has now become the program director. He has worked to achieve an undergraduate level degree in the mechanical engineering field as a proud graduate from Arizona State University. Andrew has found a wonderful passion for recovery from drug addiction and excels at helping people to combat the same issue that he fought for so long. He yearns for people to work towards the same freedom and happiness that he has found from the tools he has learned to use as a member of Reflections Recovery Center. Andrew has an immense passion for helping others. He loves to see people achieve sobriety and the reason is simply because he knows exactly how hard it was to achieve his own lasting sobriety. He has a profound respect for the processes and steps that addicts and alcoholics have to take to save their own lives. Andrew’s work ethic is paramount to contributing to our recovery community, and this helps him to remain an asset at Reflections. His personality and his ability to relate to addicts in early recovery are truly outstanding additions to the Reflections team.

Dr. Carrejo has worked extensively in the substance abuse treatment field and has experience working with veterans, dual diagnosis patients, as well as adolescents and their families. Her passion for recovery derives from her own struggles with substance abuse and a desire to ensure that those who suffer have the same chance that she was given before commencing to work with addicts and alcoholics. Dr. Carrejo received her MD in 2008 from Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, TN and also completed her residency in psychiatry there. She is from Houston, TX and has proudly called Prescott her hometown for three years.
