Rachael Bell is a licensed professional counselor currently working on her doctorate in Clinical Psychology and who has completed Masters Degrees in both Clinical Psychology and Health Psychology from the royal University of Leiden in the Netherlands. Rachael has a great deal of experience counseling in psychiatric facilities and private practice, helping clients of all ages overcome anxiety, depression, PTSD, Bipolar, sexual addictions, drug/alcohol addiction and other psychological challenges.

Dr. Ravi Srivastava, Medical Director of Hilton Head, is passionate about treating the life threatening, chronic, relapsing disease of addiction. He is committed to incorporating the latest scientifically proven methods to successfully manage this disease. Under his leadership, Hilton Head's team of professionals strive to deliver the highest quality evidence-based behavioral and medical interventions. His mission is to succeed in the battle against addiction and co-occurring disorders.

Patti Benko brings thirty years of experience as an RN to her role as Director of Admissions. Patti is often one of the first onsite staff that patients and their family's meet. She is responsible for admitting patients to the program, and providing a caring, compassionate and thoughtful transition for patients as they arrive for residential care.

Denise Hatcher, Director of Operations, manages the facility's day to day operations including housekeeping, maintenance and dietary. Denise brings 27 years of hospitality and hotel management experience to the role.
